Atzmon on Nazi death marches

the death marches were actually humane.

Perhaps Gilad should just stick to playing Saxaphone....

this same lefty cunt who has got him banned was probably at the Labour party conference waving the palestinian flag

I'll leave it to keyboard player Mickey Gallagher to sum it up.......

"The Blockheads are outraged at the ruling by Islington Council to ban
Gilad Atzmon from appearing with the band on 21st December at Islington
Assembly Hall.

We were contacted by our agent last Tuesday who told us that Islington
Council would cancel the show if we insisted on Gilad playing with the
band.

This, apparently, was in response to a complaint they had received from
someone posing as an 'Avid Blockhead fan' who objected to Gilad's
presence on stage with us because of his political views and rhetoric.
Branding him an anti Semite!

Gilad has never been accused or charged of 'hate crime' by any formal
body.

The musicians Gilad plays with are all multi cultural (including Jewish
musicians) and he is highly rated and an integral member of THE
BLOCKHEADS.

GILAD PLAYS THE SAXOPHONE!

The Blockheads have performed over 1000 shows with Gilad (two at
Islington Assembly Halls already) and have NEVER been a threat to
anyone.......WE ARE ENTERTAINERS!
We do not hold political rallies."

You mean the Holocaust denier and proven anti semite Atzmon who was born jewish and now disavows his Jewishness? The same guy who's lauded by the KKK.

Perhaps do some research on him and educate yourself before making ridiculous comments...cheers

Northern : Agree Le Tissier always enjoyed the banter with West Ham fans when taking a corner - and I think we also looked at him as a player we would love to have played for us ... no malice involved

Anyone remember the classic chant?

"Big nose

Yeah to le Tiss and before that Phil Thompson... Le Tiss used to bloody well love it... used to conduct the crowd when he used to take a corner... good bantz... a player I had a lot of time for and was a joy to watch...

Names and plastic bottles will never hurt anyone.

Sticks and stones, on the other hand, is what the gooners should have lobbed at Dele Alli.

Re: So calling someone big nose is now Anti-Semitic.
I think this sudden outrage over what someone is saying to someone else is all getting a little bit pathetic but I suppose its down to the age we live in where 24-hour news and social media platforms craves and creates monsters out of nothing.

Am I racist? No. Do I think racism is acceptable? No. Have I called someone a nasty name that might be deemed racist? Almost certainly because I've been to a thousand football games and acted a cunt sometimes.

I have also called someone a fat cunt, ugly cunt, ginger cunt, old cunt, Manc cunt, Scouse cunt, French cunt and cunt. I'm sure we all get called London/Cockney cunts all the time too.

I've done this at football matches, in the car, watching telly and probably other places too.

However, have I ever discriminated against any of the above because of their characteristics? Absolutely not. I have employed many people of different races, colours, backgrounds etc. because they were the best person for the job.
I have never crossed the road or left a restaurant/bar/shop because one of the above is near me.
I have many friends who fall into the above categories including just 'cunt'.

And surely this is the point, isn't it? Name calling is just that. It's playground stuff that actually means fuck all in the grand scheme of things. It doesn't mean that person is actually racist (or any other 'ist') otherwise we'd all probably be guilty of it.

What I would say though (which may well contradict my point entirely) is that shouting something out about gassing Jews really is quite deplorable and it's hard to fathom why someone would want to do that. Big nose cunt is acceptable though!

When you buy a ticket you probably consent to being filmed by security or the police in the small print but I wouldn’t believe fans consent to being filmed by other fans.
Tottenham fan Hymie Spielberg should be sued by opposition fans.

Re: So calling someone big nose is now Anti-Semitic.
About 10-15 years ago, I worked with a Jewish guy. We were at a restaurant, a bit pissed, when something happened the other side of him, I pointed at it, across him, he back off, and I just made an off the cuff comment like 'Your nose's not big Steve'. I thought nothing more of it, he didn't say he was offended, and to be honest I've got the worst nose out there!

Anyway, next day, another colleague told me Steve was upset that I'd made an anti-Semitic comment to him, and I should apologise. I refused, saying that then I would be admitting I was anti-Semitic. Anyway, I spoke to Steve when we were alone, and he said he didn't have a problem with what I'd said! It turned out the colleague was offended on his behalf!
